I'm very happy to be donating a pot for this year's auction fundraising for the FiredUp4 project.
This is what it's all about:
FiredUp4 was born from a passionate belief in the transformative power of creativity, and
that making with clay has invaluable therapeutic benefits for the young. FiredUp4 raises
funds in partnership with OnSide, to place clay into the hands of hundreds of young
people, providing studios, equipment, and training within the Network of Youth Zones
across the UK.
These Youth Zones are dynamic independent charities committed to supporting young people to
discover their passion and their purpose.
This year, FiredUp4 is working with Adam Partridge Auctioneers in Cheshire to present the
third fundraiser auction, being held both live and online on 19th October 2023. More than
70 of the UK’s leading ceramic artists are kindly donating their precious work to auction for
the cause.
